My approach is to capture who you are in an honest way. Some call this documentary style or “candid.” The beauty is that no story is ever the same, and that is where I thrive in creating. I look for the in between moments that happen naturally where there is love. I will give direction for location and lighting with simple and unique prompts . However, I never want to force something that is not true to who you are. Instead I fill our time together with music, meaningful conversation and step back when the sweet moments are naturally present.

Once you’ve inquired with me and found a package that fits you, I would love to meet you as soon as possible. Rather that’s in person or over the phone, I have learned that connection from the start is where the best photos are made! My heart for my business is to truly get to know you better and capture whatever season you are in with the best of my ability.
After we’ve chat and we feel confident moving forward, I just ask for a signed contract and retainer to reserve your day. Then the real fun starts ;) We will begin to plan your engagement session and all the sweet details that entails. Location, outfits, time and time of year aka all the beautiful little details. From there it’s a little more planning (like timeline’s and questionaries) and a whole lot of dreaming. My hope is that this process would remain simple and sweet for you. This varies by coverage. For weddings, anywhere between 600-1200 depending on how long I am there. For families and couples and an hour session, average of 100-150. I seek to give you photos that tell a whole story of every moment I am present for to my best ability.
